How should homeopathic remedies be used?
Homeopathic remedies should be taken on an empty stomach. This includes liquids as well as food. The remedies should be taken fifteen minutes before – or 2 to 3 hours after a meal or beverage, usually in the morning or at bedtime. Do not swallow the remedy immediately, allow it to stay in the mouth for approximately 15 seconds before swallowing.
